My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were reasonably sized with comfortable beds, but cleanliness was an issue with ants on the desk and bugs on the walls. The location was great, situated in an upscale area with plenty of restaurant options, but the inconvenience of some aspects was notable. The breakfast provided was a highlight, although inconsistent, and the service, while friendly and professional, could use some improvements in hospitality training.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The location was excellent, surrounded by great restaurants and shops in an upscale area. However, there were some service issues that affected my overall experience. The complimentary breakfast was decent, but improvements are needed. The rooms were clean and well-serviced, despite encountering ants during my stay.
